The project preserves original architectural and decorative elements, restoring features such as solid wood parquet, stucco details, cement tiles, and original window frames. These elements are reinterpreted through refined finishes and a sophisticated palette. Marble and brass regain prominence alongside bold, expressive wall colors balanced by natural tones of leather, nubuck, and wood. The result is a refined interior project, where proportion, harmony, and contemporary sensitivity shape a cohesive and distinctive living space.
