The Maggese restaurant in San Miniato (Florence), with its interiors designed by Dainelli Studio, wins its first “Cappello della Guida Ristoranti Espresso 2020” for Tuscany.
The project designed by Dainelli Studio for the interiors of Maggese restaurant – a gastronomic project with a vegetarian imprint given by chef Fabrizio Marino – immediately suggests a close relationship with both the lush surrounding lands and a biological menu. The chosen palette changes from the bright shades of emerald green to undergrowth colors.
The use of precious and refined materials such as brass and marble, on the other hand, refers to the chef’s refined way of using and presenting his raw materials. The style, wich is sometimes deco, is soften through the addition of industrial elements and markedly delabrè details, which we can find in the taps and in some deliberately unfinished walls.
