Dainelli Studio signs Aria Hub, the new student housing project which has been inaugurated in the Ortica district in Milan, in Via Pitteri 7.
A Cohousing project in one of the most authentic and vibrant areas of the city; the renovation involved the entire structure, which develops in a four-story building from the early 1900s.
The first floor consists of a common living room, with sofas and tables to study and chat, and a shared laundry room for the guests.
Each of the upper floors has two different apartments, for a total of eight residences with different sizes and floor plans, accommodating from two to four students.
To reaffirm the strong link with the city, each flat has been named after an area of Milan: Sempione, Cairoli, Isola, Gioia, Navigli, Brera, NoLo
The aim of the project was that of building personal and customizable homes for future guests, creating environments with a strong aesthetic value, respecting the constraints of a low-budget project.
